Returns

We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy for Simpli Press (offer valid for orders made on our website www.simplipress.coffee and for USA based customers). If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

Just shoot us an email at help@simplipress.coffee, and we’ll send you a free shipping label. Include the following: name, email, order number (proof of purchase), and reason for your return. We will provide you your return form and return label (for USA customers and addresses).

Keep in mind that the 30-day trial period does not start over if you exchange your Simpli Press. If you end up wanting to keep your Simpli Press, you’ll only have the remaining 30 days from your original purchase date to do so.

If you purchased our products via another retailer, please contact the seller for returns/exchanges.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you if your product is eligible for a refund. If your return is eligible, we will process the refund to the original payment method used.

Please allow up to two weeks for the credit to be processed.
